The trailer is in very good condition and rated for full-time living, but it was used only an average of 30 nights yearly and stored under cover when not in use.
New battery in August 2024. Tires are upgraded to G-Series Sailuns with 0118 date codes--new battery in January 2023.
Purchased in September 2017, and the current seller is the second owner. 50 amp, 2 ACs, six slides for lots of living area.
The RV has a leveling system and Mor-ryde axles.
The original owner made a "cat door" next to the bed for an outside bay litterbox, but the current owners say there's no evidence of pet-related damage.
Note: The fireplace does not produce heat. The seller removed the recliner because the pleather delaminating (photos) and the other sofas have similar peeling.
