The RV has normal wear for its age with some rust in spots and noticed scratches in paint throughout the outside.
There is a large scratch on the back of the unit.
Inside has normal wear, one tile is cracked, and there are some scratches in the wood in the kitchen area. All upholstery was in good condition with no rips or tears.

The cab area has swivel, reclining seats, and day and night shades on all windows. The nightshade in front is electric. Back-up cameras in the back and on both mirrors and mirrors are also heated.
The kitchen area has a sink with a cover, stove with counter cover, microwave/convection, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, and plenty of storage. Large cabinet that can be a pantry or a wardrobe closet.
The dining area has wrap-around seating with storage underneath and can convert to a bed. A couch that can convert to a bed and plenty of storage above. TV area with area below that can be converted to a fireplace.
