2007 Monaco Dynasty 2007 Monaco Dynasty Squire, NEW TIRES!!!!!!!!!!!!! I -35 RV Center is proud to present you this 2007 Monaco Dynasty Squire Limited 43 Ft quad slide . This is one of only 50 made most went to previous Monaco owners. This incredible coach is powered by a Cummins 525 Hp turbo diesel engine which is paired with an Allison 6 speed world transmission with only 30,850 miles. All this power sits on a Road master S-series 10 airbag chassis with full cushion air glide suspension. This coach floats and is a true coach not a motorhome and trust me there is a difference . Great floor plan with a front galley and mid full bathroom. A bath and a half floor plan give you a small water closet basically and puts the bathroom in the rear. The problem for full timers with that floor plan is there is no closet or storage space . Wuth this floor plan you get a mid ship TV and full bathroom and huge rear closet in my opinion the most usable space of any floor plan. Don't lose all that real-estate for a half bath and get no closet .The storage bays are side open and have full pass thru storage . This is a coach built in the hay day of coach building when money was no object . NEVER BUY NEW IN THE RV INDUSTRY NEVER. What is being sold right now as a coach you would not have sold in 2009 and below. NO ONE WOULD HAVE BOUGHT IT!!!!! AGAIN NEVER BUY NEW THE SMART MONEY IS IN A PRE RESSION AND PRE EMISSION DIESEL PUSHER. Everything looks brand new. It has all the highline options you would find in a custom home from real wood cabinetry to solid surface countertops . Coach has all manuels, books filed and organized in the notebooks I have shown in the pictures. Coach has every remote, accessory and document that it came with new. This rig smells new and has never seen smoke or pets. Coach has 2014 DOT tires that were put on less than a week ago. The interior is powered by a 12.5Kw Onan quite diesel generator with only 896 hours on it. Coach is cooled by 3 low profile 15 BTU Ac's with heat pumps. Coach also has a Aqua hot heating system which provides constant and unlimited hot water and serves as a 55000 BTU furnace. If you have been looking for a high end coach that needs nothing but fuel and a driver this is it. Coach is turn key ready and all systems are fully functional.
