The Coburg, OR plant built coaches in direct competition with Wanderlodge, Country Coach, American Heritage, Newmar Essex, Newell and Prevost. The quality was the best and they held a 42% of the market share. The best they had to offer in the Dynasty line was this coach with a Limited Production Country Club Pre-Ordered Coaches. Pre-emissions ISL 400 24v 6 cyl diesel engine with proven reliability and road tested in many trucks. 2 stage Retarder foot activated brake (bus level) , 12 airbag Roadmaster Luxury series S chassis, rides like a Cadillac, smooth and solid, no sway thanks to a Tag axle with 4 independent airbags, side radiator perfect weight distribution….a $400,000 coach. I bought this one from Jim C. that had a summer home in Florida, one in South Dakota, children in Oregon and South Carolina and traveled between them. Maintained to the "T", a great machine with a standard factory interior and potential in need of upgrading and a special touch….. I have a folder with all the maintenance and receipts, a drawer full of books, build diagrams, manuals and papers for this coach. I hand pick a couple of coaches a year to do as a passion and I only get very good , premium units that have been properly maintained, have records, never in an accident, one or 2 owners max and in need of a "makeover". They cost me a pretty penny, nobody gives them away.... but I pay a fair price and then set off to make them AMAZING…..That is what I love to do…give them personality, spark and shine, make them an object of desire….I get the satisfaction of seeing a work of art coming out in the end as a result of my efforts. I have a team of designers and contractors that help me make these makeovers happen and whomever buys one of my coaches ends up with one that they keep forever. I spent a lot of time to show everything. I hate surprises and I do not plan on "surprising" anybody with anything. What you see is what you get. If you expect a scratch free, zero miles, showroom coach, please visit your nearest dealer. This is a turnkey package, bring your clothes, stop for groceries and head out. You will leave with a full tank of diesel and ready to cross the country. Some of the pillows and staging decor belongs to my wife. Being a used coach, there is no warranty expressed or implied. Many of the new things installed come with warranty cards that you need to activate the warranty for after you purchase the coach. I have a clear title in hand in my name, no lien or obligations. This is not a game. If you don't have cash or your financing arranged already please buy another coach. There is a workaround it and I can show you how to see. - yes I plan on getting the coach inside a building relatively soon- expecting snow.. and some low temps...not too thrilled about it - the TPMS system comes with 4 additional sensors for your toad- no I did not plan to include a tow bar but I have a BlueOX one that can be purchased separately - there is no TV in the basement - a portable one can used however - the ladder swings down and has a fastening system to keep it in the lowered position during travel - yes the roof is sealed, full fiberglass sheet from one end to the other, no leaks or issues, eternabond tape used along with Dicor self leveling sealant- last done this summer. Good for a couple years easy. - yes you can see actual TV channels on the projector through the Samsung Tuner/DirecTV receiver - the Aladdin system is functional on both front and bedroom TVs - I will provide the training on how to access it. - next service on generator is due in about 100 hrs- next fall maybe - there is nothing in the fresh tank- I rechecked the monitor- it shows 0 not 3 - the tires have about 8000 miles on them and were new in 2011 - very good condition, no cracks, always protected with the custom MCD covers- perfect and most elegant solution - I averaged 8.6 Mpg when I brought the coach home from Orlando in July - over 1000 miles- ran like a Cadillac- you get spoiled quick by a Roadmaster S Chassis- what a ride and stability. - all the slide seals were inspected and lubricated in March during the last checkup at Lazydays Tampa. - no rust anywhere !
