You are looking at a 1994 Monaco Dynasty 38ft diesel pusher coach powered by a Cummins 8.3 turbo diesel. It has an Allison 6 speed automatic transmission with cruise control and loads of power. This is a great RV and with less than 80,000 miles, the coach has been serviced and is ready to go. It is equipped with an Onan diesel generator with less than 950 hours. The tires only have 3000 miles on them and are in great shape and are mounted on aluminum rims. It has very smooth ride with the air ride suspension. The coach is equipped with air brakes and an exhaust brake.This coach contains many high-end features and even with the years it is still in great shape. The layout makes it great for conversations while driving and it is very spacious. From the stone flooring, high end sinks, oak cabinets to the Corian counter tops you can see the quality that was put into this home. We added a flat screen TV above the driver and a Sony DVD player to entertain the kids while traveling.The shore power uses 50-amp service to supply the 2 air conditioners. The front air conditioner was replaced less than 2 years ago and upgraded to a 12,500 BTU model. Air conditioning is ducted through the roof and a propane furnace ducts heat at the floor.The main awning and window awnings are in very good condition and are protected by aluminum awning covers. Each window has a cover. We have also added additional awning locks on the main awning to protect it from high winds while traveling. There is lots of storage under the coach with electrical outlets available.The driver and passenger chairs are powered to provide a very comfortable ride. The passenger chair has a leg rest and both swivel around to face the living room once you are at your campsite. The driver has access to a backup camera, CB radio, and in dash stereo.The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch that seats 2 and folds out to sleep 2. There is a recliner also so when the front chairs are rotated around you can seat 6 in the living area. The carpet is in good condition and easy to clean.The kitchen area comes equipped with tons of storage, a 4 burner stove, convection microwave oven and a two door refrigerator/freezer with built in ice maker. The dining table has folding/locking leaves and 2 chairs.The bathroom has a separate toilet space from the sink and shower area. The shower is very large and there is a washer and dryer.The bedroom contains a TV connected to a DVD player. Carpet covers the floor and there is overhead storage along with a closet.
