Due to its spaciousness, it can sleep up to six. It also has basement storage. This unit was previously owned by a non-smoker and has an extra clean interior. THIS TWO OWNER, VERY WELL MAINTAINED, COACH HAS JUST COMPLETED A MAJOR INTERIOR UPDATE AND MECHANICAL SERVICE. IT WAS TRADED TO US RECENTLY ON A LUXURY 5TH WHEEL. AFTER SEVEN YEARS OF SERVICE IT WAS JUST TIME FOR SOME UPDATING. IT WAS NOT A LIVED IN UNIT, NOT OVER USED IN ANY WAY, A NON SMOKER AND THEY HAD NO PETS. THERE IS NOTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT THE HISTORY OF THIS COACH AND NOW IT LOOKS AS BEAUTIFUL AS ANY NEWER COACH WHICH IS CERTAINLY A GOOD THING. THE PREVEOUS OWNERS REPLACED THE FRIDGE WITH A MUCH LARGER, FROST FREE, QUICKER COOLING RESIDENTIAL 20 CUBIC FOOT FRIDGE. THEY HAD ALREADY UPDATED THE TV'S TO LCD AND SET IT UP FOR AN OUTDOOR TV. WE REPLACED THE PASSENGER SIDE SOFA WITH A ACCENTING WOOD CABINET, AN ELECTRIC FIREPLACE, A 49" LCD TV ON A MOTORIZED LIFT AND A SMART DVD PLAYER CAPABLE OF RECEIVING NETFLIX AND OTHERS WITH ANY AVAILABLE WI-FI. THE DRIVER'S SIDE SOFA WAS ALSO REPLACED WITH A NEW MATCHING ULTRA LEATHER UNIT WITH A 54" WIDE HIDE-A-BED. WE ALSO UPGRADED THE MASTER SUITE WITH A MEMORY FOAM KING BED WITH NEW LINENS.
