Sellers are placing bulbs that are missing over the dinette. The front passenger headlight cover is cracked, but the lights work. The bedroom slide topper (awning) is torn. The sellers are going to replace it. There is a sealed crack on the driver's side (shown in pictures). According to the sellers, this is cosmetic damage only; there are no leaks. The Mirada Select is stored inside when not in use. With less than 4300 miles, the Mirada looks new inside and out. The Onan Generator only has 20 hours and started without hesitation. The tires look good and have a date code of 4014. Manufactured 40th week of 2014. At the time of my visit, I could not turn on the Fireplace. It was likely an operator error. All of the other coach's systems appeared to operate correctly. Stock #311515 Nice 2016 Mirada 37LS! Oak cabinets! Stainless Appliances! Bunks! The overall condition of the Mirada is good. The doors to the bunk space have been removed and are in storage. The driver and passengers seat do show some signs of wear.
