This 2000 Mirada has low mileage for its age. The owner reports that this unit just needs some cosmetic upgrades and new tires. The only damage from the recent hurricane was a skylight, which seller reports he repaired. Seller also has new flooring which has not been completed but the product is with the RV. This unit has been in the family since 2015. A tree fell on the unit, and the seller had $10,000 in repairs performed with receipts. The headliner has a few dry moisture spots and is sagging near the front, and the seller believes this was caused when the tree fell on the unit. The driver's side windshield has a crack in it and the windshield curtain needs replacement. The decals are peeling. The generator is not starting but the fuel level may be too low. This class A sits on top of a Ford F53 chassis powered by a 6.8L Triton V10 motor with an automatic transmission. A 13,500 BTU ducted AC unit and a 30,000 BTU furnace keep you comfy. Powering the electricity onboard is a 4,000-watt Onan gas genny. Some of the fine features include a backup camera, lighted rear pass-through storage, cruise control, and a 5,000-pound towing hitch.
