1992 Massey Ferguson 1020 Diesel Tractor. 1.1 L / 3 Cylinder Diesel Engine With 21HP. It has the Hydro-static Transmission option for easy (no clutch) operation. It has rear and mid PTO's. This tractor and Bush Hog (Model 1051) were bought new together at Franz Tractor Co. in Bradenton, Fl. The tractor is a One Owner with an original 332 Hours on it (yes, it only has 332 original hours on it that are documented). It has always been adult driven and stored inside a barn out of the weather. Everything works as it should. The seat has no wear on it. It is ready to mow right now. Turf Tires on it. I have the owners manual, shop manual, receipts, and hand written log verifying all of the maintenance and at what hour it was done. To buy a new tractor and bush hog like this from your local Massey Ferguson Dealer would be over 20K. This one is in virtually new condition for one third the price. This tractor is ready for many years of reliable, care free service. Massey Ferguson tractor model MF20 made in 1969. The engine is a 3 cylinder gas Perkins rated at 38hp. This is the LCG model (low center of gravity) designed for mowing on steep hills without rollover concerns. It is very similar to the MF135 and many parts are interchangeable. This is a heavy tractor, strongly built with steel and cast iron throughout, made back when MF built them to last a hundred years. Tractor was restored/refinished in 2005. The sheetmetal has been stripped down to bare metal and repainted. There is no rust anywhere on the frame or sheetmetal. Tires are in good condition, the rears are fluid filled. The engine and transmission run good. The power steering system is not working and will need to be fixed or converted to manual. I think the problem is in the valve assembly directly under the steering wheel. The PS pump has been replaced with a new one and that didn't fix it, and I have no time to work on it. The rear end is very wide (92" outside) and will require a wide trailer to haul it. Price is $3000 firm cash upon inspection and pickup.
