It cannot be seen from the inside or outside with the window curtains closed. It was like that when I bought the coach 2 1/2 years ago and it has not been a problem to me. The original microwave oven was removed and a small working microwave is in the space but not permanently installed with trimming. There are a few scratches on the unit but overall it is in excellent exterior condition for its age. There is a carpet stain in the rear outside the shower.
