Overall, the unit is in good condition. There are signs of wear on some of the cabinets. The upholstery has some loose/missing stitching. The awning is not attached to the extender arm. The arm and motor work fine, so the awning will have to be reattached. The seller is not planning on fixing this. The emergency exit is also accessible from the bunk area with the beds in the up position. The living area feels open and spacious and provides plenty of seating. The kitchen features a 3-burner stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, pantry, and plenty of cabinets. The entertainment center features a swivel TV/mirror mount. The exterior and interior look good. All systems are operating, and appliances are clean. The walls and ceilings are clean, with no signs of water intrusion.
