This is a 1995 Lance slide in pickup camper, fully self contained including a 2.5K onen generator, which works very well. it has 153 hours on it and was serviced at 150hrs. It has a double door fridge this was serviced to include new electronics installed, it works on both electricity and gas with automatic switch over approximately 5cu ft. a never used new microwave oven. a 3 burner gas stove with oven. double bowl stainless steel sink. bath has a toilet, sink, and shower. a six gallon gas hot water heater that is electronic ignition, as well as an 18000btu. furnace also electronic ignition. and one roof mounted air conditioner. All of these listed are in good working order. This camper has had multiple owners, I have owned it for the last 5 years. My wife and I have gotten much use out of it, and it still has a lot of life left in it, if you are looking for a good used camper. The reason for selling we recently purchased a fifth wheel camper. The title weight shown is 2826lbs dry weight. This camper is designed for a pickup with an 8ft. box, that is no less than a heavy duty 3/4 ton. This Lance camper is a 1995. it was originally sold in anchorage Alaska. It is a four season camper. This unit has had multiple owners. I purchased this camper at Twin Anchores RV, in Colo Iowa. It has always been well maintained. It has been a non-smoking unit. This camper is fully self contained, including a 2.5K Onan generator, it has 153 hrs. on it and was just serviced at 150 hrs. it also has a 18000 Btu furnace that is thermostatically controlled with electronic ignition. a 6 gallon gas hot water heater also with electronic ignition, a roof air conditioner, 3 burner stove and oven gas operated. a new 700 watt microwave oven, stainless steel double bowl kitchen sink. It has a double door fridge, approx. 5 cu. ft. capacity, this was gone through and the electronics in it were updated. It works on both electricity and gas, it switches automatically and is dependable. It has a new power invertor last fall. there is a roof mounted TV antenna, along with an AM-FM radio cassette player factory installed, all works well. This unit also has a shower, sink and toilet. it has a 40 gal. freshwater holding tank. Holding tanks for both grey water and sewage. This unit has 4 electric jacks. Also included are turn buckles and tie down equipment. This unit is in North Platte Nebraska 69101. contact number is 308-660-2186.
