This is a lovely 5th wheel, we purchased after it had been to the factory for a refurbishment from it's original owner. The factory put in a new air conditioner, and it works beautifully. We purchased it in the summer of 2012 It is great set up in a park, has a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom storage closet. The carpet in the living area has been replaced with easy care vinyl flooring, and the chairs have been upgraded to recliners. The couch opens into a bed, the queen bed is upstairs in the nose of the vehicle. There is an ice maker under the cabinet which works like a charm. The refrigerator/freezer unit will run on propane or electricity. The stove is propane as is the oven, the built in microwave is electric. It tows with ease, and the fifth wheel insert is also available. It is a sliding 5th wheel for a short wheel based pick up truck. Delivery can be arranged There is also a tailgater satellite dish available for the television.
