Excellent condition, very clean. Original owner- lost sight in one eye, so am uncomfortable hauling a trailer. non smoker, no pets. Large slideout, new awning, heat and A/C, refrigerator, 3 burner stove/oven, microwave, double sink, chrome faucets, ceiling fan, lots of counter space. Queen bed, sofa bed. 2 comfy swivel armchairs, dining table w/4 chairs. Mirrored wardrobe & drawers in hallway. Shower/tub. Lots of storage cupboards and under sofa and bed and outside. TV, radio, CD player. New roof coating. Outdoor BBQ included, outdoor shower. Upgraded tires w/ under 5,000 miles on the tires and a new spare. Trailer is very comfortable.
