2002 KITM Extreme 30 foot Toy Hauler (Total length 34 feet) Excellent condition, great for travel, hunting, long or short get away. Large enough for large family or live in and travel. Will sleep 6 as set up can add free standing bed for sleeping more if needed. Maximum options installed ( Full kitchen w/ gas stove, gas oven, micro wave, electric refrigerator, sink and cabinets. Full bath w/tub and shower, sink, toilet and closet. 10 gallon hot water tank gas or electric. Stand alone Ice maker, Air Conditioner, 4000-6500 peak On board Generator (can be removed) it is on a slide track system. Stereo/CD player w/indoor and exterior speakers,20 foot Awning, 30 gallon gasoline tank w/ 12 volt pump, two large propane tanks, two RV batteries. Electric front jack w/manual option.4 on board re-chargeable hand held radios w/ built in charging station. Two Swivel TV mounts for flat screens (small up to 24 inch and large up to 40 inch), Ceiling fan w/light kit. Two spare tires and wheels, 100 gallon fresh water, 40 gallon black water and 60 gallon gray water tanks. Storage boxes on top, built in ladder for roof access and three fresh crank open air vents. Portable dump tank also included.Trailer has pull down queen bed, sofa converts to full bed, dining table with seating for 4-6 also converts to full bed. All can be stored for travel while hauling any type of toy. With everything stored the unit has (24) Twenty four feet of cargo space w/full heavy duty drive on ramp door. Ramp door opening is 7ft 10 wide and 6ft 8 high with bed in stored position. Trailer sits on (3) Three 6000 pounds axels with electric brakes allowing over 8000 pounds of cargo weight. KIT EXTREME 30TXU, If you are looking for lots of room to carry your toys and also take along alots of family and friends then this is the toy hauler for you. It has an empty weight of only 7760 pounds but can carry up to 6879 pounds of cargo so you will need at least a 3/4 ton truck to pull it and then you decide how much stuff you actually want to pack. Being a tripple axle it is light on the tongue and pulls very nicely. It has a patio awning, fuel station, generator for dry camping as who wants to play with their toys in town, roof ladder to view the sights and great for races, 100 gallon of fresh water, outside speakers, large drop down ramp and lights and speakers on the outside . On the inside you will find a ceiling fan, fold up sofa and dinette, Americana frig/freezer, Samsung microwave, Wedgewood oven with 3 burner stove top, 13,500 air conditioner and an extra ice maker to keep the drinks cold after a hard day of playing with your toys.
