Here is a 2000 Kit Espre model 223FE 5th wheel. Lite-weight as it only weighs appx. 4600 lbs. It is in average condition, it could use a good cleaning but overall has been kept up very well. It has the dinette and sofa facing each other in the back and both make down into beds. The crawl up queen bed is up front and the bathroom is straight across from the entrance door. It has all the normal appliances including air conditioning and power front landing gear.If this was April - July this trailer would SELL EASILY for $6900! So based on the late time of year you can save a bunch and be ready for your next camping trip!
