The day this was purchased, it was brought to the owner's residence and parked in a custom-built enclosure for sun and weather. Due to serious health reasons, the owner was never able to use this RV. It has been kept clean and used as a guesthouse for the last six years. Very light usage. The interior seating has been replaced as the original vinyl failed due simply to age. A stabilizing hitch will make the tow smooth. Obviously, tires would need to be immediately replaced soon for the highway. Stock #378493 2017 Keystone Montana 3811MS in great condition!! Has been kept under large overhang with a/c running. Newer a/c unit! This, Keystone Montana, may well be unique. From the showroom to its own protective cover is the only travel it has ever seen. Comfortable sleeping accommodations are all here, with a new, large, convertible sofa that converts to a queen size sleeping area. The master features a king-size bed and direct access to the bath. This is a very large bathroom with a very large shower. Huge under-coach storage, outside shower, outside TV, and propane compartment are all clean as having been never on the road.
