This is a one owner unit that has been well cared for. I did not see any signs of wear and tear inside or outside. I found one decal that had ben scratched by a tree limb or something, but hardly noticeable. There is a piece of strip molding about 3 inches long that needs to be slipped back in. Electric Fireplace, Central Vac, Dual A/C Units, & Much More! This is a well cared for 2013 Montana fifth wheel. It is a one owner, and has been stored under cover when not in use. The decals are still very colorful. One of the first things you notice about this unit is the amount of storage space. There are cabinets everywhere! The living area is in the rear of the unit. The sleeper sofa with a blow up mattress is at the very back. There are two recliners on the left looking at the sofa, and they are facing the television and the fireplace. The television is on a lift and goes into the cabinet when traveling. Above it there is a DVD player and a sound bar. Going forward you have a dining table and four chairs on your right, and the kitchen island is on the left. The central vacuum system is stored under the sink, and the hose can reach all the way to the bedroom. The kitchen island gives you lots of food prep space, and contains a double sink. The kitchen itself has a three burner stove with a conventional oven as well as a microwave oven. The refrigerator is a mid size with four doors. A writing table/workstation is next to the pantry. Going up the stairs you have your controls on the left just before you reach the bathroom. In the bath you have a sink, shower with a skylight and toiletry shelves, a medicine cabinet and of course the toilet. It can be accessed from the hallway, or the bedroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed with storage underneath. It also has another television, chest of drawers and a huge cedar lined closet. There is another closet with shelving, and it is prepped for a washer and dryer. Outside you have four slideouts with each one having a topper to keep debris out. It has auto leveling jacks, and it is set up to have an outdoor television if you desire. This one is in prime condition.
