The seller states that everything is in good working condition, and has been lightly used. The curbside sleeper sofa has some issue with the upholstery. There are some spots that appear to have flacked off. The bottom drawer in the master needs new rails, and the washer / dryer unit is stopped up and will need to be cleaned before it can be used. It wasn't allowing it to drain properly, as the filter is blocked.
