According to the owners, all of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are in great working order. The front raised area has a comfortable living room with two leather sleeper couches and a double leather recliner. There is a fireplace and a large flat-screen TV for your family and guests to relax and enjoy themselves. The kitchen has lots of cabinets and storage space. It has a 3-burner oven and a stove that has barely been used. There is a full-sized stainless steel Samsung refrigerator with an ice maker.
