The RV is in nice condition inside and out. The outside could use a detail, but other than that, it appears to be good. The inside looks good, and both A/Cs were cooling at the time of the photos. The owners had the roof redone in 2021. Everything is in working order according to the owner and the RV is ready to go. The generator fired right up and was providing the power for everything as it should. Stock #400090 2014 Keystone Fuzion Chrome 401 Toy Hauler! Well Maintained! Plenty of Storage Space! The RV has been lightly used by its owners and is stored next to their home. It is always stored with the a/c running and humidifiers in place. The tires are aging out, and the front cap has a ding (shown in the photos) where it bumped a toolbox in the bed of a truck. The roof is new and was replaced due to some damage sustained when it rubbed a tree limb, resulting in a leak at the joint where the ladder connects to the roof. No signs of interior water damage or smells. One window on a slide-out has insulation tape on it (shown in photos), but no signs of leaks. Time for a wash, wax, and interior cleaning.
