This coach is in excellent condition: the leather is supple, and the cloth fabrics, blinds, and valences are clean with no stains, tears, or odors. Note a small wallpaper tear at the stairs, and some minor laminate lifting (photos). The woodwork and flooring are in nice condition with no stains, or wear patterns.
The batteries and tires are original. The seller purchased new in February 2023, hauled less than 10 miles, and set up for temporary living while the house was remodeled.
The coach's exterior is in good condition; the finish is uniform and shiny, with no scratches, dents, or damage. The roof is clean and tight, and the awning is in good condition.
A bed-mounted hitch and gooseneck attachment may be available.
