We are selling our camper because we just don't have the time to use it. We bought this in early 2011 from the original owner which bought it new August 2010. He told me he stayed in it for 5 days before selling it to me. He was selling it because his wife wasn't happy he had purchased it. We took it to local campgrounds maybe 6 times the first couple years then it has been sitting on our farm since. We stayed in it a few times from that point on with the kids. It was properly winterized every year. My wife and I just spent all day cleaning the camper in preparation for it's sale. Everything works and is in very nice condition. It has never been smoked in and never been cooked in except for boiling water, making coffee and microwaving popcorn. The bath has only been used by our young kids. I just replaced the battery, inside refrigerator heating element, water heater anode and skylight. Included in the sale is a small vacuum cleaner and rv water hose. It has an outdoor kitchen which is really convenient. The awning is power along with the slide and the stabilizer jacks. It also has outside speakers and lighting. It will sleep 9 and there is a ton of storage. If you have any questions or would like more pictures or want to come look at it please give me a call at 217-521-1606. I was asking $19,000.00 based on recommendations from a couple local RV dealers but since it didn't sell the first time around I am now asking $17,500.00. However, please feel free to make an offer. NADA average retail is $21,350.00 and low retail is $17,700.00. This camper is paid for and I have the title in hand. It is ready to go camping. I may include the load equalizer hitch if I don't get beat up too bad on the price. I require a $500.00 paypal deposit immediately if you purchase this camper. I would prefer cash upon pickup but would take a cashiers check. A couple days ago I had the range hood vent replaced. This is the yellowish brown rectangle item you can see in the picture of the right hand side of the camper. It is now a nice white part rather than that ugly brown.
