This is an outstanding Cougar X Lite. It needs nothing but a new owner. It has 2 years left on an extended warranty that covers most everything. The flimsy factory bumper has been replaced with a heavy duty one. It has a new carrier(500lbs.) mounted on it and holds a 4000 watt 30 amp generator that goes with the trailer. One swivel rocker has been replaced with a very high dollar recliner. Better to eat, sleep and watch TV. It pulls like a dream and can be towed with half ton truck as it only weighs 9967 when loaded and 6940 when dry. All window awnings and the slide awning were custom made and have metal covers when not in use. Main awning is electric. It has a grill holder and a grill from the factory that has never been used. It hooks directly to the propane supply. It has 2 gray tanks and one black. Queen bed with 3 closets. This unit has lots and lots of storage. There is 2 TVs. a brand new 24 in. in the bedroom and a 32 inch in the living area. It has a single door Fridge and single door freezer. It has day/night shades. There is a 2008 Ford Super Duty 6.4 diesel available to pull this unit.
