Sweet rear kitchen floor plan. Enter through the living room with a fold out couch for additional sleeping. Beautiful kitchen to the left with plenty of cupboards and counter space. Dining room table with 4 chairs. Of course a fridge freezer combo, 3 burner stovetop with oven beneath, and small microwave oven. Three simple steps up to the master bedroom with queen bed. Storage beneath the bed and drawers and wardrobes around. The bedroom slide allows for more space at foot of bed. The bath and shower are also up the stairs and the corner shower gives more space than the standard. Lastly we have priced many of our units below cost. The reason is overstock. This is an 11 year old camper. yes there are minimal condition issues, such as some missing decals and half life tires. but for the price a very good deal for a family looking to test the waters. No smell of smoke or mold. No water damage to my knowledge(i looked for the tell tale signs in common areas). This 30 ft trailer is easy to tow at 7920 LBS Dry Weight. Has some very nice features such as rear small shed storage, pass through storage, and a slide topper. The awning has failed the test of time, however simple to replace. It has 2 bunk beds in back and couch folds out for two. This is a steal of a deal, and we don't mind passing the savings on to you. Out of season is the time to purchase when you are set on getting the best deal. Hunters take note of this opportunity as many would use this for a portable hunting camp.
