This is an 11 year old camper. yes there are minimal condition issues, such as some missing decals and half life tires. but for the price a very good deal for a family looking to test the waters. No smell of smoke or mold. No water damage to my knowledge(i looked for the tell tale signs in common areas). This 30 ft trailer is easy to tow at 7920 LBS Dry Weight. Has some very nice features such as rear small shed storage, pass through storage, and a slide topper. The awning has failed the test of time, however simple to replace. It has 2 bunk beds in back and couch folds out for two. This is a steal of a deal, and we don't mind passing the savings on to you. Out of season is the time to purchase when you are set on getting the best deal. Hunters take note of this opportunity as many would use this for a portable hunting camp.
