The single-owner, well-maintained travel trailer is in nice condition overall. The exterior is glossy and uniform, and the underside is clean with no road damage. There is some damage to the awning mount, the curbside rear corner, the door entry handle, and the rear ladder (shown)--original battery and tires. The original owner made a "cat door" next to the bed for an outside bay litterbox, but the current owners say there's no evidence of pet-related damage. Note: The fireplace does not produce heat.
