You can tell this unit has been well cared for. Non Smoking with no pets. I was not able to find any interior or exterior damage. There is some issue with the wall under the window in the bedroom. The paper is peeling up, but the cause is unknown. The unit was purchased new out of Texas, and it was like that when the seller picked it up. Ready for that road trip! ********************** CERTIFIED SINGLE OWNER ********************** This is a one-owner fifth wheel that has been well cared for. It is absolutely beautiful, and it has a front living area. This unit has two entry doors. One is in the back close to the bedroom, and the other is close to the middle. When you enter the middle door turn right and go up the stairs to enter the living area. There you will find a pull-out sleeper sofa on each side and double theater-style recliners facing your television and fireplace. The television is on a power lift, and behind it is a large picture window that has an electric shade. This unit also has a central vacuum system to keep the vinyl floor clean. Down the steps, the kitchen is on your right. It has an island for food prep, and the double sink is separate with another prep area. There is also a charging center there as well. The microwave is also a convection oven, and below the three-burner stove is a conventional oven as well. A pullup USB Charger is located to the left of the stove. The refrigerator/freezer is full size and has an icemaker. Next to the refrigerator is a closet containing a washer and dryer. On the other side of the kitchen is the dining table that has four chairs, and another pull-up USB charging center. Going to the back down the hallway the bath is on the right, the convenience center is on the right, and the other door is on the left. In the bedroom, you have a king-size bed with storage underneath. A second television is in the bedroom, and there is plenty of drawer and hanging space for your clothes. Outside you have exterior speakers, 110v outlets, and a third television. This unit has auto leveling jacks, and it is prewired for a generator, and solar.
