The 5th wheel has always been in an enclosed shop when not in use. To the best of the owner's knowledge, the 5th wheel and associated equipment are working as intended. One of the pendant lights in the kitchen area has a broken globe. The sofa and double recliner are fully functional; as shown in the pictures, the covering on both pieces has some issues.
