The RV is in nice condition inside and out. The outside could use a detail, but other than that, it appears to be good. The inside looks good, and both A/Cs were cooling at the time of the photos. The owners had the roof redone in 2021. Everything is in working order according to the owner and the RV is ready to go. The generator fired right up and was providing the power for everything as it should. Stock #400090 2014 Keystone Fuzion Chrome 401 Toy Hauler! Well Maintained! Plenty of Storage Space! The RV has been lightly used by its owners and is stored next to their home. It is always stored with the a/c running and humidifiers in place. The Rv has a great layout for camping and toy hauling and offers two bathrooms and three slide-outs! The kitchen is centered in the unit for easy access from both ends and has fully equipped appliances, including a full-size fridge, oven, stove, and microwave. It also has a small bunk bed over the kitchen dining area. The garage area has two bench sofas that also make into beds and a queen mattress above that. The garage has its own entry door, TV, bathroom, and, of course, tie-downs for the toys. The garage rear door drops down and can be used as a ramp, or it turns into a patio with side rails and a screen door. The washer-dryer hookups are in the garage area, which has a removable carpet if you are not hauling any toys. The forward bathroom has two-door entry, one from the hall and the other from the bedroom, and has a very large shower. The owners upgraded the hitch to the air ride as shown Reason for selling is not using enough.
