"Snowbird Special" Our Fifth Wheel is located at Butterfield RV Resort in Benson AZ. We have used it as a winter retreat for the past three seasons where we pay a reasonable monthly rate when we are there and a small storage fee when we are not. Set up on spacious lot in a friendly and clean park with all the amenities. We have added wooden stairs, a ShelterLogic storage tent, a shade shelter, a PVC sewer line, stabilizing jacks and an outdoor kitchen that includes a barbecue and a toaster oven. The length is 38' 4", 3 slides, two air conditioners, central vacuum system, washer dryer hookups, microwave/convection oven, 2 flat screen TV's, 38 gallon black water tank, two 38 gallon gray water tanks, 60 gallon fresh water tank, 10 gallon hot water tank. We are non-smokers and it is in great condition.
