One of very few manufactured. great floor plan. Was advertized as the largest 5th wheel under 10k pounds dry. We have had a second air conditioning unit installed in the master, also a second patio awning, so the whole door side is shaded, and out of the weather. This unit is in excellent condition and carefully maintained.

2 rocker/recliners, couch has an air mattress, all furniture is fabric, electric fireplace, ceiling fan, lg pull out tv, built in stereo/dvd player, hanging lights over island kitchen counter which has a double stainless steel sinks, double refrigerator and freezer, stove has a cover and oven (they have never been used), microwave, lots of cupboards for storage, toilet, large shower, medicine cupboard and bowl sink in bathroom (also has sky light in above shower), queen size bed (storage under bed), tv in bedroom, dresser, large closet for hanging clothes, and built in closet with shelves, lots of windows, automatic fan---it will close if you leave it open in kitchen when it rains, straight thru storage with doors on both sides of camper for access, front compartment storage, 2 - 20 lb propane tanks, outside shower hook up, ladder in back to get on roof, one black water tank and two gray water tanks (one for kitchen and one for bathroom), free standing table with four chairs, a desk with chair, automatic slide-outs that can be done inside camper or by remote, and electric levelers. Only used 8 months in three years. It is in excellent condition, like brand new. It has always been stored in an enclosed building, and well taken care of.
