This unit was used on one occaision each summer from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 to present the unit was not used and was parked. The exterior is in good condition with the exception of peeling or peeled decals. The unit has two new tires and comes with necessary towing equipment. This unit is equipped with the Freedom Lite Premium Package that includes outdoor cooking station, aluminum wheels, diamond plate front and back and day/night shades. The interior is in very good condition. Counter tops are free of stains or chips. Floors have been covered with area rugs since the day it was purchased. Upolsteries and window coverings have no stains or tears and the unit has been non smoking. AC, heater and appliances are in great condition and excellent working order. Additional upgrades or additions include: satellite dish with manual direction finder, under counter installed coffee maker, can opener, personal fan, upgraded queen size mattress, custom shelf and electric tongue jack.
