Purchased new in late 2011. Used less than 10 times. Always kept under shelter. Very Clean with lots of amenities including, fridge with freezer, gas top stove, microwave, inclosed bath room with shower, sink and toilet. LCD TV with dvd player, inside and outside speakers. HD TV Antenna, 13.5 A/C, LP heat, Kitchen cabinets with 2 side sink. Outside shower and outside attachable grill with LP hook up. Even has electric slide out. Awning, lots of storage space inside and out. Trailer itself only weighs 3400 lbs. Pulled it in the mountains with no problem with an Xterra. Sway bars are not required for this versatile lite weight camper.
