Better than new, loaded with expensive options that my wife and I have added. This 5th wheel (Patio Edition) has been stored inside for much of it's life. KEYSTONE, COUGAR HIGH COUNTRY HE (HELIUM TECHNOLOGY) 291RLS. EXCELLENT CONDITION. ONE OWNER. UNDER WARRENTY UNTIL 2019. PRICE REDUCED.THE FACTS: Length 30 ft; GVWR 9,000#, Dry weight 7,123#, Payload 1.877#, Tow/Hitch 1.155#. Tank Capacity - fresh water 47 gal, grey water, 56 gal, black water 28 gal, two 10 gal (30#) propane tanks. A/C - heat and cool 13,500 BTU. Two slide outs, awning, landing and rear stabilizers operate via either wall switches or remote control. This is a great feature - standing outside and watching the slides eliminates all worry of hitting unforeseen obstacles!Sleeps 6 with a walk-around queen bed in the bedroom, making it easy for both of us to get in or out of bed without disturbing the other and easy to make the bed or change the sheets. The sofa makes into a queen-size bed with a built in air mattress (and air pump). Easy to make up and our guests found it comfortable. The dinette makes into a double bed. Vizio TV and stereo in living room with additional TV outlets in the bedroom and outside. Rooftop antenna and we will include an after market satellite dish that works with either Direct TV or DISH Network. It came with two recliner chairs but we removed one for out convenience. The kitchen is efficient with a 3-burner stove top, oven and microwave. The refrigerator/freezer operates on either gas or electricity. A double stainless steel sink and lots of storage space, most with roll-out drawer/shelves installed after market. In fact there is great storage both inside the unit and underneath. It even has a laundry chute to keep the dirty clothes out of sight and out of mind. The extended warranty does not expire until 2019 and it is transferrable!We pulled the 5th wheel with a Ford F250 XLT gasoline, crew cab, short bed truck equipped with a Pull-Rite sliding hitch. Even the tightest corners were easy and worry free! We are also selling the truck for $30,000 (fewer than 45,000 miles - excellent condition) if you are interested.
