Immaculate! Barely used. Less than 100 camping miles. Ultralight - we pulled with a small V8, 3.7L. My wife is extremely detail-oriented and our girl was always put away with love. The awning was always cleaned before rolled up. The unit has NEVER been smoked in and no dogs or cats have been in side. We febreezed each time we close her up. Shower has never been used. I mean, we showered while camping, we just didn't use the one in the camper. The CG that we go to is less than a mile from our storage facility, hence the less than 100 camping miles.Our beautifully perfect travel trailer. We hate to see her go, but we just don't have the time, and she sits lonely in her covered storage month after month. She likes chilly nights, lake views, baths and long drives through the mountains.We're even throwing in all cooking pots/pans, plates, utensils, glassware. About $300.00 worth of supplies. Again, mostly new. Also including levels, outdoor rug, collapsible garbage cans. You'll be ready to go w/o having to stock her up.We believe this is the perfect layout. Master bedroom has a queen bed. Double over double bunks and the kitchen table makes down to a bed.....but those are never that comfortable, so really sleeps 6 comfortably. If you like the bed dressing, you can have that too. It looks lovely.The toilet has been professionally serviced 3 times since we purchased. Zero odor.
