We are selling our 2012 KZ Stoneridge 36RK Fifth Wheel, our 2014 Dodge 3500 Longhorn Laramie Dually, and also our lot in Slippery Rock campground in Slippery rock, Pennsylvania. The STONERIDGE is absolutely beautiful and has been hauled from Pottstown Pa to our campground (approx 320 miles) and has not been hauled anywhere else. I retired in May 2016, bought the truck the same month and picked up the 5th wheel in October 2016, with all intentions of traveling. Some health issues have cropped u with my parents and we are now buying house for the 4 of us to live in. We purchased an extended 48 month warranty on the STONERIDGE, which is transferrable and will be going with the unit. We are asking $35,000 for the STONERIDGE 5TH WHEEL. The DODGE DUALLY has 40k miles, and also comes with a 4 year extended warranty, also transferrable. It has ALL the bells and whistles and comes equipped with a 25k DODGE 5th wheel hitch. We are asking $44,000 for the DODGE DUALLY. Our lot is also for sale. Yearly maintenance of $925.00 has been paid for 2017. The maintenance includes electric & water.
