Special ordered 2006 Kz 36RL New Vision 5th wheel with an upgrade to the Escalade specs and all extras available. 37’6” in length, 50 amp service, 3 slides, power jacks/awning, 2 AC units, gas heat, 3 fantastic fans, gas/electric water heater, slide tray in storage, ceiling fan, washer/dryer hook up, generator hook up w/inside controls and insulated mount box in front of the unit, cherry cabinets, slide covers, automatic awning with wind guard protector, aluminum wheels, new upgraded heavy haul Firestone tires, 2-30 gal propane tanks, winter seal underpinning and Moore Ride system. It has a plexa-glass storm door, sky light in shower, outside shower at control panel for hook ups, surround sound stereo system, two TV’s, back up lights and all aluminum components for structure. The heat system has never been used other than to turn on to secure working properly. Camper has been used in Myrtle Beach and stored in a garage. It has two Reese hitch receptacles that work with a swivel wheel trailer if you desire to purchase and pull a golf cart. It has underneath drop down spare tire.

We are selling our toyhauler as we make a move from California back east. It is in excellent condition and we are only the second owners. We fell in love with the abundant storage, very comfortable king bed, and spacious floor plan. If we weren't moving, we wouldn't be selling this. Just check out the amenities. 37-foot toyhauler in good to excellent condition. Master bedroom with large closet, dresser, king bed (with underbed storage), walk-in shower, large vanity, separate commode room, overhead cabinets, TV with DVD, one slide. Living/kitchen has wrap-around counter with a double sink, microwave, stove/oven, large pantry, overhead cabinets (lots of storage), table w/4 chairs, 2 (very comfy) leather pedestal recliners with ottomans, overhead king-size bunk with separate cabinets, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV with installed surround sound system plus DVD/CD/radio player; 2 slides. Total of 3 slides in rig. Approx. 8x10 garage with floor tie-downs, overhead cabinets, separate portable A/C. Four seasons coach with fully enclosed undercarriage. Onboard 35-gallon gas station.
