This is a great layout for families. There are 4 bunks up front and a Queen bed in a slide-out in back. The couch and dinette also turn into beds to sleep a total of 10 people. The couch is also on a slide-out for ample room in the living area. The "box" is 26' long, the bed slide is 5' long and tongue adds another 3' for a total of 34' long all opened up. Everything works. No leaks. No smoking or pets ever inside. Amenities include: Front and back door 18' awning was installed 2 years ago when we bought the camper Awning covers both doors All windows are tinted Day/night shades on all windows Outdoor grill Outdoor shower Plenty of storage up front and inside New LED lighting at the awning with 42 function remote 3 Maxx-Air vent covers Electric tongue jack CD stereo Load leveling hitch with anti-sway includedGreat tires with a spare I just filled the bearing buddies About the only downside to this camper is that the decals on the sides are shrinking and cracking. It seems to be very common on this vintage. I just replaced the Frontier decal on front and have new Frontier decals for the sides. The swoops aren't too expensive. It's fine as-is if you aren't too picky.It's hooked up in the driveway and available for showings most evenings and weekends.
