The trailer is clean and in excellent condition. Seller reports all appliances and fixtures in good working order. This Jay Feather only had one owner and has only been used a handful of times, and the condition shows it! The exterior of the Jay Feather features a 16' power awning, exterior speakers, and an external tv source and TV bracket with a power outlet. The power tongue makes hitching and unhitching a snap! Additionally, the exterior has LED lighting and lots of external storage, along with (2)-20lb propane tanks. The interior features a queen size bed up front, with under-bed storage and cabinets above. The sleeping area also has a TV and power outlets for convenient charging. The headrest decoration for the bed is not included in the sale of the unit. The kitchen includes a double sink along with a stove, oven, microwave, and range hood. Plenty of storage in the cabinets and pantry area, just in front of the refrigerator/freezer. In the rear, you have the dinette, which is convertible into a sleeper. AC outlets are on either side of the dinette. To the left of the dinette, you have the TV and entertainment center, which comes with an AM/FM/Stereo Bluetooth radio with a CD player. Finally, the bathroom features a foot flush toilet and plenty of storage in the sink, vanity, and medicine cabinet area. A large shower stall with a wand is illuminated by a skylight providing plenty of natural light. Reason for selling is buying a boat.
