The Bungalow appears to be in very good condition. At the time of my visit it had been winterized the ability to check all of the functions was limited. All of the lights and other 12-volt electrical items functioned properly, including the slides and the awning. The seller reports that all of the appliances are in good condition and function properly. Additional heat tape has been added to the drains for year-round use. A heated water hose and other items are included making this a true turn-key sale. Unit is Solar and backup camera preped. The light on the hitch isn't currently working but not sure why. In the half bath, the paneling is pulling away from the wall. But other than those two seem very well maintained. This 2018 Jay Flight 29 BHDB by Jayco is a great unit for family or friends. It hosts a bath and a half. Outdoor kitchen to enjoy the outdoors and each other. Both of which are only a couple of the seller's favorite features. The master bedroom is up front with a walk-around queen size bed just off the full bathroom. It also has double bed bunks to add four campers, and each bunk has a plug-in to give you the ability to charge your phone. Dinette is U-shaped so everyone can sit and eat. The kitchen has a mid-size refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, and microwave. Another favorite feature is the large amount of space you have to relax. The seller did remove the sleeper sofa and replaced it with theater seating recliners. For all your electronics, this RV has a charging station to help you keep everything up and running. Reason for selling is not using enough.
