The trailer is a 2013 Jayco Seismic toy hauler that looks brand new. It sleeps 12 with a full kitchen double door fridge, cook top, microwave and sink. It also has a washer and dryer and patio deck out back. Going up stairs your will find the bed room with full queen bed, TV and storage space. Bathroom has full walk in shower, toilet and sink. Living room has a TV with surround sound and tables and storage under the couch. Two AC units. Additional receptacles and tie-downs added from the dealer. Outside the trailer it includes self leveling system, out door TV and entertainment system and three power awnings. One owner minimum use and still new trailer smell.
