Bunkhouse and loft were great when kids invited friends.Everything works and ready to camp. Lots of storage. Electric awning, outside stove, electric/gas water heater, two 12volt batteries, MORryde pin box, and much more.Further specs: s:// /tools/archive/2013-eagle-fw/Couple mentionables:1. The RV has always faced directly in the sun due to the way my driveway sits, which has caused fading on the front. It stays covered in the winter but the hot summers caused the fade.2. The bedroom slide-out will extend slightly further than it should. Wasn't able to get the unit to the dealer while under warranty so we just stop sliding when flush.

2014 Jayco Eagle 30 5BHLT, The Eagle 30.5BHLT offers a rear bunk with a loft and double slides. As you enter the 30 5BHLT, to the left is a double kitchen sink, three burner range, microwave, refrigerator, and pantry. The opposite side has a u-dinette and hide-a-bed slide. Along one wall is an entertainment center. The rear bunk house has a bunk bed and a bunk in the loft. As you step up the stairs, the bathroom is on the left. Inside the bathroom there is a toilet, corner shower, sink, medicine cabinet, and linen cabinet. The bedroom has a queen bed slide, front wardrobe, storage shelves, and a chest of drawers. You can even choose an optional free-standing table and chairs in place of the dinette.

In EXCELLENT Like New Condition!!! The kids will love the loft and the double bunk beds. Sleeps 10!! It is so warm to walk into with all the earth tones in it. It has 2 slides, small outdoor kitchen/sink. The table is U shaped with both ends expanding out for more seating, the kitchen has a ceiling fan, the master has sliding mirrored closet doors and tons of storage, hide-a-bed with air up mattress, & electric awning. The front of the trailer is a gel cap. We bought it new in September 2012 and it has never sat outside except when camping.I didn't get a good video of it but if you go to youtube and search for the same year/model there are some on there but have different colors on the interior.
