This listing is for a 1995 Jayco Eagle Series 10 Pop Up Camper. It has been smoke free! It sleeps 6/7 people. It has a larger end (almost a king size that you could sleep 3 kids, etc), a double/queen end, a couch that turns into a twin size bed and a table area (for 4 people) that is a twin size sleeper. It includes a propane stove that can be used inside the camper on the counter or hung on the outside and used outside. It has a sink, but we have never tried to put water in it, so I don't know the condition of the sink. It supposedly worked when we purchased it. We replaced a cable wire and pulley in the pulley system 2 years ago. We also replaced the roof vent last summer. It includes an awning, but it is not currently attached to the camper. It would need to be re-attached to the camper roof if you want to use it. We just used EZ Canopies instead--they were much bigger than the included awning. The vinyl does not leak and we have had no issues with anything with the camper. The vinyl does have some marks, stains on it from use, but we haven't had any issues with it.
