If you want an awesome "starter" Class C RV THIS IS IT!!! It has only had ONE owner before me (who kept meticulous records and equipment manuals) whom bought it directly from Jayco. I purchased this RV in Florida in October 2015 as a "fixer upper" entry point into RV-ing. It is BEYOND PERFECT for that!
