Must sell- hardly used 2014 Jayco Jayflight Swift 281BHS travel trailer ASAP! Non-smoking very clean family used this RV only a handful of times shortly after purchase. Excellent RV for family camping. RV has a large kitchen with all appliances, large eat-in dining area, great size couch that folds into full size bed, double full size bunk beds, and queen size master sleeping area. Most appliances (and water heater) are dual power (gas/ electric) for convenience. DSI water heater works amazing and almost never needs time to replenish hot water. 15k BTU ducted air conditioner worked fine even in the sweltering Texas heat. The power package features include a power awning, power slide, and power tongue lift jack for simple hitching. Great trailer at an amazing price. Never had a single issue. Perfect condition. New sticker price two years ago was over $21,000! NADA retail value now ranges from $17,300 to $19,800! Priced well below book for a quick sale. Included with RV is over $500 worth of receiver hitch, leveling, and stabilization equipment for the tow rig. RV is financed with USAA bank. USAA bank holds the Texas title. Buyer can either finance RV and have associated arrangements made through the banks or I can take the initial deposit (to hold and secure RV) and pay off the lien, which enables me to provide the title in hand at delivery. The latter is more inconvenient and will take slightly longer. I have found in the past that having the title in hand is not as convenient because many folks finance higher price toys. Contact me and we can discuss options. RV is in great shape and everything works flawlessly but item is sold as-is and any inspections should be accomplished before purchasing RV.
