Camper is in good condition, everything works as it should. Tires are good, has power jack, spare tire attached to rear bumper. The stickers on the outside have seen better days but the rest of the outside is in good shape. The inside is in really good condition, brand new toilet. There was some minor water penetration in the rear top corners before i purchased it but had been recaulked and I've had no issues since I've had it. This camper has served us well but we're looking to upgrade that's the only reason we're selling. New awning installed in October 2016!
