NOTE from the seller -- "All tires were replaced just before purchase. The spare is original. All batteries were replaced in early 2023. Two pictures attached show damage as purchased." Front bumper fiberglass cracked and toe kicks to the bottom of the door frame. Service is up to date; however, the engine oil is coming due about April/May. The roof A/C also includes a heat pump when connected to shore power (saving propane). The generator has 111 hours of use. Two 100-watt solar panels on the roof with a charge controller in the entryway. There is a factory-installed inverter for the TV and DVD player. Another inverter was added to provide 110V to the kitchen and bath for coffee making and hair drying while dry camping. The satellite dome and Wally receiver are included as portable units. An antenna was added to the roof where the satellite antenna was for Cell/Wifi/GPS reception with a Pepwave receiver/router behind the TV. A Roadmaster spare tire carrier was added to the rear hitch to get the spare tire out of a compartment. Banks cold air intake was added to the V-10 engine by a previous owner.
