This Ellipse 42QD is a beautiful RV any owner would be pround of. The owners are currently staying in the RV in North Florida and can clear out the unit quickly while under contract for the next owners. The exterior looked great and showed good shine and reflection. The roof was inspected in 2024.
The tires were replaced in December 2019. The custom tire covers were doing their job protecting the tires while the Ellipse is at rest. The patio awnings were replaced in 2022.
The interior surfaces were intact. The cabinets, doors, appliances and flooring were gorgeous. One fogged window and three faulty window cranks were noted.
