I installed new rear brake pads, rotors, and calipers. In March 2015, I installed new front pads and rotors, The front tires have approx. 1,600 miles on them, installed 2014, and the rear tires have approx. 9,000 miles, installed 2012. In 2013, I replaced the spring in the awning and fabric, approx. and last year, I replaced the right awning arm, approx. Cosmetically, the motorhome has blemishes on the exterior panels and 3 years ago, we had a ceiling leak that we repaired for approx. Photos and receipts available. I have the entire operators manual which is a great help for a first time motorhome Buyer. The motorhome has 55 gal fuel tank and I get between 8 and 11 miles per gallon. The air conditioner works great and the 30,000 BTU gas furnace also works great to keep warm. We also used electric heater to save propane. It has a 37 gal fresh water tank. All the systems work to the best of my knowledge. Fully self contained
